Daryl’s love for sports is what lead him to a career in physiotherapy. During his first years practising, he realised that educating and training everyday people was much more rewarding and shifted his focus to improving the health and well-being of his patients.
He strongly believes that having a healthy lifestyle does not need to be complicated, and is proudest when he challenges his patients to believe in their own strength.
Also a big advocate for healthy work-life balances, in his spare time, Daryl can be found in the gym working on his powerlifting and bodybuilding. His Saturday’s are reserved for new cafe visits and Sunday’s are dedicated to meal prep – you’ve got to get those sweet macros in!
