James’ childhood has always been involved in sports . Between playing Tennis and Rugby, James was introduced to weight room at an early age which he continues on to this day
He discovered the importance of structured strength and conditioning after a series of injuries that occurred in his early teens. Hoping to help prevent others from going through the same problems James strives to provide knowledge to his patients.
During his spare time, he would be playing computer games and wake up at 12AM on a Sunday to smoke American BBQ meats.
